KGP Products LLC offers the following Returns Policy:

All books and CD's will be returned for a full refund if returned within 2 weeks. 
Books must be undamaged, and CDs need to be in their original packaging.
Agnihotra kits may be returned for a full refund within 2 weeks. 

Dried cow dung may not be returned for refund.
